  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 8 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 cup - Grated jaggery (Use more if needed)
  • 5 - 8 pieces -Cashewnuts and raisins (optional)
  • Cardamom powder

How to Make Ladoos

  • Roast wheat flour in ghee until golden brown, then cool it.
  • Mix jaggery and wheat flour well, using your hands.
  • Add cashew nuts, cardamom powder, and raisins.
  • You can eat it like this or shape into lemon-sized balls to make ladoos.
  • Do this while the mixture is still hot.
