Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Lauki, grated
  • 1/2 cup - Atta
  • 1/2 cup - Besan
  • 1 tsp - ginger-chilli paste
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 - turmeric
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Lauki Rolls

  • Squeeze Lauki to remove excess water.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients and shape into rolls.
  • Grease a baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes.
