  • Egg -1
  • Green chilli to taste
  • Semolina

How to Make Leftover Cooked Vegetables

  • Take any leftover vegetable, add potatoes to it and semolina and egg for binding .
  • Mix in the green chilli and combine well.
  • Mold into cutlets and deep fry.
