  • 100 g - Fresh cream
  • 100 g - Icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp - Lemon/orange food colour
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice/orange juice
  • 1- Cake.

How to Make Lemon - Orange Topping

  • Whip the fresh cream, icing sugar, vanilla essence, lemon, food color and lime juice/ orange juice until creamy.
  • Pile on top of the cake and spread with a spatula.
  • Decorate as desired.
  • Refrigerate and serve.
