Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Saffron colour - a pinch
  • Raw onion rings
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Lemon and yogurt chilli fry

  • Wash the chicken properly and pour lemon on it.
  • Mix all spices in the curd.
  • Apply this paste on the chicken and marinate for an hour.
  • After 1 hour put the chicken in a kadai and cook it on high flame.
  • Pour oil after the excess water is absorbed.
  • Cook it till done.
  • Serve it hot with onion rings and green chutney.
