  • 1 cup - fresh corn kernels
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup - fresh lemon juice
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Lemon Corn in 2 Minutes

  • Take 1 fresh corn and remove the kernels or get the frozen corn kernels.
  • Add oil in a kadai and allow the oil to heat.
  • Add the corn kernels.
  • saute it in heated oil until it is light brown in color.
  • Now, add red chilli powder and salt.
  • saute it properly.
  • Add lemon juice to the mixture.
  • Let it cook for 1 minute.
  • Serve it hot.
