  • 1 cup - icing sugar
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - grated lemon peel
  • 3 drops - vanilla essence

How to Make Lemon Glace Icing

  • Place sifted icing sugar in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  • Make a well in the centre and add lemon juice, butter, vanilla essence and grated lemon peel.
  • Gradually stir until icing sugar is smooth.
