Ingredients

  • 2 cups - lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup - Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup - Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - Methi seeds
  • 1/4 cup - Salt
  • Oil
  • To temper:
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 2-3 - red chillies
  • Some curry leaves

How to Make Lemon Juice Pickle

  • Dry roast mustard seeds and grind it to a fine powder.
  • Roast methi seeds and grind to powder.
  • Extract juice from lemons.
  • Add chilli powder, mustard powder, methi powder, and salt to it and blend it.
  • Heat oil and fry some mustard seeds, jeera, red chillies, and curry leaves.
  • Pour the pickle into this.
  • Heat it for some time and remove from heat.
  • Serve with idli and dosa.
