  • 175 g -caster sugar
  • 175 g- unsalted butter
  • 250 g -self raising flour
  • 3 -medium eggs
  • 1- lemon, finely grated zest

How to Make Lemon Madeira

  • Preheat oven at 180 C. Grease cake tin.
  • Cream sugar and butter well.
  • Add eggs one by one and cream well.
  • Add flour cautiously.
  • Mix well and carefully.
  • Pour into cake tin and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cool before serving.
