Ingredients

  • Low fat yogurt - 2 cups
  • Mango puree - 1 cup
  • Papaya puree - 1 cup
  • Honey or sugar to taste
  • Mint leaves - few
  • To garnish:
  • Fresh pomegranate

How to Make Light and Minty Mango Fool

  • Line a colander with thin muslin.
  • Pour the yogurt in it and let the liquid drain till one cup of thick yogurt is left in the colander.
  • Beat the thick yogurt till smooth.
  • Mix with both the fruit purees.
  • Add honey or sugar.
  • Shred 3-4 mint leaves and add to the fool.
  • Pour in individual dessert cups and chill.
  • Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
