Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Semolina (sooji)
  • 1 tsp - Chopped Ginger
  • 3-4 - Green chillies, chopped
  • 2 - Tomatoes chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Black pepper powder
  • Bread - as required

How to Make Light Bite

  • Mix all the ingredients except bread and make a smooth paste (thick).
  • Cut bread slice into four square pieces.
  • Cover one side of the bread with paste.
  • Deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve with green chutney or sauce, as a companion for tea.
