Ingredients

  • 6 big lime
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - fenugreek powder
  • little asafoetida

How to Make Lime Pickle

  • Cut each lime into four pieces.
  • Heat oil, cook covered for 3-4 minutes.
  • Mix with rest of the ingredients.
  • Cook again for 2 minutes for flavors to blend.
  • It may be served after 20-30 minutes.
  • But it will taste better the next day.
