Ingredients

  • 250g - lobster meat
  • 5g - red chillies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch - ginger
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cardamom
  • 3 peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 clove
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch - turmeric
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Lobster masala

  • Make a paste of ginger, garlic, red chillies, cumin, mustard, turmeric, pepper, cloves, cardamom and oil.
  • Heat oil, fry bay leaf and spices till oil separates.
  • Then add lobster meat and chopped tomatoes and salt.
  • Cook without water on low flame till done.
  • Sprinkle water if required.
