Ingredients

  • 200 g - macaroni
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - jeera powder
  • Salt to taste
  • To be ground into fine paste:
  • 2 - onions (medium)
  • 2 - tomatoes (medium)
  • 1/4 bunch - mint leaves
  • 1/4 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 2 to 3 flakes - garlic
  • 1/2 inch length - ginger

How to Make Macaroni Masala Fry

  • Boil macaroni in water and drain.
  • Apply a tsp of oil so that it does not get sticky.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute the ground paste in oil until raw smell goes away.
  • Add salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and jeera powder.
  • Now add the boiled macaroni and mix well.
