Ingredients

  • broccoli - 200 gm
  • tomato - 200 gm
  • short macaroni - 100 gm
  • snow peas - 100 gm
  • roasted salted cashew nuts - 75 gm, chopped
  • bottled pasta sauce - ½ cup
  • celery - 2 stalks

How to Make Macaroni Vegetable Salad

  • Cook macaroni as directed on the pack, drain and cool.
  • Cut snow peas into halves.
  • Cut broccoli into florets.
  • Steam these till just tender and cool.
  • Chop tomatoes and celery.
  • Combine pasta with all the vegetables and toss with the sauce.
  • Just before serving, stir in the cashew nuts.
