  • Macaroni - 200 g
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum diced
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • Some grated cheese for garnishing
  • 2 cups water - for boiling
  • Oil

How to Make Macaroni with vegetables

  • Take a pan and bring water to boil. Add 1/2 tsp salt and macaroni.
  • Boil till macaroni is cooked.
  • Strain and keep aside.
  • Take another pan, add some oil and heat it.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and saute it.
  • Then add grated carrot and capsicum, and fry till done.
  • Add tomatoes and fry till cooked well.
  • Add all the masala powders and cook till oil separates.
  • Add in cooked pasta and mix well.
  • Stir for 2-3 minutes and serve with grated cheese on top.
