Take a small quantity and roll it in a rolling pin like small puries, fry till golden brown.
Maddur Vada is ready to eat.

Rava Kodabale (Karnataka Fame):
Heat up the Ghee and mix with all ingredients together with water to form like chapati dough.
Take small quantity of dough, roll the dough to a little finger thick rope, join the ends to form like a circle. Deep fry in a low heat till golden brown, Kadabale is ready to eat. Store in a air tight container. It can remain unspoiled for many days.
