  • 2 cups - maida flour
  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1 cup - rawa
  • 1 cup - sour butter milk
  • 5 - green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Hing - a pinch
  • 1 tsp - jeera/cumin seeds
  • 1 - (optional) onion

How to Make Maida Flour Dosai

  • Mix all the above ingredients along with the required water and keep it aside for about 30 mins.
  • Finely chop the onions and keep it aside.
  • Heat the tawa and pour 1 ladle of batter and spread evenly in the tawa and sprinkle some chopped onions.
  • Pour 1 tsp of oil and once one side of the dosa is cooked, turn it on the other side and cook it till the dosa is crisp.
