Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken (clean and cut)
  • 1 tbsp each - ginger garlic paste
  • 2 - green chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • Coconut oil to fry

How to Make Malabar chicken fry

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil with chicken and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
  • Cook adding a little water.
  • Deep fry the cooked chicken pieces in hot coconut oil and serve.
