Ingredients

  • 3-4 small raw mangoes
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup curd or yogurt
  • For seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp methi seeds

How to Make Manga Arachukalaki

  • Cut the mangoes and remove the seed.
  • Grind together the mangoes, green chillies, curds and coconut without adding water, so that the consistency remains thick and the texture a little rough.
  • Heat oil, add mustard and methi seeds and when they begin to splutter, add them to the above mixture.
