  • Raw Mango - 2 nos
  • Coconut (grated) - 1 cup
  • Chilli Powder - 2 tbs
  • Mustard (Kaduku) - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seed (Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves - 1 stalk
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - As required
  • Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp

How to Make Manga Perukku (Mango Chatni)

  • Peel out the Mango and either grate it or make small pieces. Grind mango pieces along with grated coconut, chilli powder, mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves (few) etc.
  • Then add curd, coconut oil, curry leaves and mix well. Now your manga perukku is ready to increase your appetite.
