Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - milk
  • 4-5 Alphonso mango puree
  • 100 gm - coconut milk
  • 20 gm - coconut dry powdered
  • Sugar as per taste ( check according to the sweetness of mangoes )
  • 1 cup - cream

How to Make Mango coconut ice cream

  • Add mango puree, milk, coconut milk, sugar in a blender and mix well till sugar dissolves.
  • Pour it into a bowl, cover it with a lid and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  • Take out the bowl, add cream to the frozen dessert.
  • And put into a blender and blend well.
  • Freeze again.
