  • 2 medium raw mangoes
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 3 glasses - water
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • a few drops essence of saffron
  • crushed ice

How to Make Mango Cooler

  • Boil sugar in 1 glass water.
  • When sugar dissolves, remove from fire.
  • Cool, strain and chill.
  • Boil and slice the mangoes into small pieces.
  • Boil in remaining water till soft and then strain through a cloth.
  • Mix with sugar syrup and chill.
  • Put in essence, cardamom powder and ice before serving.
