  • Custard powder- 2 tsp
  • Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Sugar- 2 tsp
  • Mango- 1
  • For the Cream:
  • Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
  • Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Full cream- 1/2 cup

How to Make Mango Custard with Vanilla Creme

  • In a bowl add milk and custard powder.
  • Cook without forming lumps. Cool it.
  • Puree the mango.
  • Add mango puree once the custard mixture is cooled.
  • For the vanilla creme, cook milk and creme.
  • Add vanilla essence and mix well to set.
  • For the presentation, in a glass add vanilla cream first.
  • Add mango custard on top.
  • Refrigerate for an hour and serve chilled.
