  • Mango pulp - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/3 cup or to taste
  • Fresh ginger - 1 tbsp, grated
  • Fresh cream (double cream) - 250 gms

How to Make Mango Ginger Ice Cream

  • Dissolve sugar in mango pulp.
  • Add ginger and chill in the fridge.
  • Whip the cream and fold into mango pulp.
  • Freeze till 1/2 set.
  • Beat till fluffy.
  • Freeze till firm.
  • Serve topped with a slice of mango and slivers of ginger.
