  • 4 - ripe mangoes
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  • 300 g - sugar
  • 1 litre - water

How to Make Mango Marmalade

  • Remove the skins of the mangoes and chop into pieces.
  • Mash to pulp.
  • Cook this pulp with 1 litre of water, sugar and lime juice over low heat till the mixture thickens.
  • Cook and store in the refrigerator.
