  • Raw (unripened) Mango - 1/2 no
  • Coconut - 1/4 no
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli - 1 no.
  • 1.5 tbsp - curd

How to Make Mango Perakku

  • Grate the mango (should not be very sour) or cut it into very small pieces. Grate 1/4 coconut (25% of the full coconut)
  • Grind the coconut, mustard and red chilli into a fine paste
  • Mix the ground chutney and grated mango and add 1.5 tbsp of curd.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Good side dish for adai.
