Ingredients

  • 1 big - raw mango
  • 4 tbsp - coconut (grated)
  • 3 - 4 - red chillies
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 5 tbsp - curd
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mango Salad with coconut

  • Cut the raw mango into very small pieces.
  • Grind the coconut, chillies and mustard into a smooth paste adding the curd. Add salt to the cut mango.
  • Pour the paste on to the cut mango pieces. Mix well.
  • The salad is ready.
  • You can garnish it with curry leaves.
  • This is a very good side dish with rice and healthy too.
