Ingredients

  • 6 - ripe mangoes (small)
  • 1/2 cup - coconut, grated
  • 1 tbsp - mustard seeds
  • 4 - green chillies
  • A small ball of tamarind
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - jaggery, grated
  • salt to taste

How to Make Mango Sansav Goan

  • Roast the mustard seeds on a tawa.
  • Grind to paste - coconut, mustard, chillies and tamarind.
  • Peel and squeeze the mangoes so that pulp is homogenized.
  • Add the ground paste, salt and jaggery and mix thoroughly with your hands.
  • You can serve as is or cook everything for about 5 minutes.
