Ingredients

  • 1 kg - raw mango grated (juice removed)
  • 1.5 kg - sugar
  • 4 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - ground Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp - Haldi

How to Make Mango Sweet Chutney

  • Mix sugar and grated mango after removing the juice.
  • Add all the other ingredients and place in the sun for 15 days covered with a mulmul cloth. Bottle.
