  • 2 medium-sized mango (preferably sour)
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1-2 red chilli
  • 1 tsp - haldi powder
  • 100 gms - jaggery
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mango Sweet Pachadi

  • Wash mangoes, wipe them dry and grate them.
  • Heat oil in a sauce pan and add mustard seeds.
  • When they splutter, add red chilli broken into two.
  • Add grated mangoes and fry.
  • Add chilli powder, salt and haldi powder.
  • Let it cook for some time.
  • Add jaggery and let it cook.
  • Take it off fire when oil floats on top.
  • Cool and store in an air tight container.
  • Tastes good with chapattis and bread.
