Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 - tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp - onion
  • 1 tbsp - capsicum
  • 1 tbsp - carrot
  • 1 tbsp - corn
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • salt, pepper and sugar to taste

How to Make Manhattan Soup

  • Puree the tomatoes, strain and keep aside.
  • Heat butter, saute all the vegetables and the tomato puree. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper and sugar. Serve hot.
