Ingredients

  • 500 g -mutton keema
  • 300 g - potatoes
  • 2 - onion (big size)
  • 10 g - garlic
  • 1 piece - ginger, 2 inches
  • 2 - 4 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 2 tsp -mint leaves (grated)
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 cup - bread crumb
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • refine oil
  • salt

How to Make Mansa Chop (Mutton Chop)

  • Wash mutton keema and keep aside.
  • Boil potatoes and peel the skin and mash it.
  • Add corn flour and salt and keep aside.
  • Chop onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Heat oil, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and fry it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Now add keema into it and stir. Cook it on low flame.
  • Remove it from the stove and add garam masala powder, turmeric powder and grated mint leaves.
  • Divide mash potatoes into equal portions and shape into round disks.
  • Fill it with fried keema.
  • Fold into oval shaped chops and keep aside.
  • Blend egg. Dip chops into blended egg and coat with bread crumb.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutney and chopped onion.
