  • Marinate:
  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Gravy:
  • Onions - 2
  • Ginger - 2-inch piece
  • Garlic - 5 flakes
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chilly Sauce - 3 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Cornflour - for thickening
  • Oil - for frying

How to Make Marinated Chinese Chicken

  • Marinate chicken for 2 hours.
  • Fry the chicken in oil and keep aside.
  • In the same oil, saute onions, ginger and garlic.
  • When light brown, add all the sauces and salt.
  • Add the fried chicken and cook covered for 10 minutes.
  • Add cornflour in a little water and thicken the gravy.
