  • Flour (maida)- 1 cup
  • Mava - 1 cup
  • Sugar- 1 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder -1/4 tsp
  • Eggs -2
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

How to Make Mava Cake

  • Take a bowl and whisk the cream, sugar and the butter till fluffy.
  • Now mix the milk and khoya and keep aside.
  • Beat the eggs and add to the creamed mixture and blend in the mava and cardamom powder.
  • Put the refined flour and baking powder into a strainer and sieve it.
  • Fold the sieved flour mix with the mixture and blend it well.
  • Grease a tray and pour this mixture and bake for 20 min.
