Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - beef or mutton
  • 3 - radishes, chopped
  • 2 - onions, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 3 tbsp - coconut paste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Meat and Radish Curry

  • Scrape and cut the radish into medium size pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a pressure cooker and fry the onions well.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and saute lightly.
  • Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder and fry for some time.
  • Add the meat, raddish and coconut.
  • Mix well and continue frying for some time till the oil separates from the mixture
  • Add salt and 2 or 3 cups of water and cook till done.
  • Serve.
