This non-vegetarian stewed curry recipe is just what you need to add spice to your dinner that you’re hosting! Rich in flavours and spices, juicy and lip-smacking, this can be served with both parathas and rice to your guests.
First, the radish needs to be scraped and cut into medium sized pieces. Next, you need to fry the onions till they assume a golden brown colour in heated oil in a pan, before adding ginger garlic paste and sautéing the mixture lightly. Next, proceed to add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and tomatoes and fry them well for a while.
Next, add coconut, radish and the meat, and mix well as well as continue frying the mixture until the oil separates from it, indicating that it has been cooked well. To this, add 2-3 cups of water as well as salt according to the taste and the quantity and cook for some more time. Serve with rice or parathas!
