Ingredients

  • 2 cups - minced meat
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 1 clove - garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli sauce (optional)
  • 1.5 cups - tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup - tomato puree
  • 1 cup - cheese
  • 1/8 tsp - oregano
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - butter

How to Make Meat Dip

  • Heat butter in a pan and fry onion till transparent.
  • Add meat and crushed garlic. Simmer till meat is brown.
  • Add tomato juice and tomato puree. Add oregano, salt, pepper and chilli sauce.
  • Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add cheese and cook till it melts and desired thickness is achieved.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or nacho chips.
