Ingredients

  • Meat - 1/2 kg
  • Green chillies - 6-7
  • Dried red chillies - 2-3
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Meat Roast

  • Heat ghee in a pan. Add the slit green chillies, dried red chillies and the ginger garlic paste. Fry till done.
  • Now add the sliced meat. Add salt. Stir well.
  • Now add 1/4 cup of water. Cook for 25 mins on low flame.
  • Serve with rice.
