  • 2 cups - cooked basmati rice
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - groundnut
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 4 - red chillies
  • 5 tsp - vegetable oil
  • 3 - lemon
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Meenkshy`s Lemon Rice

  • Heat the pan with the oil.
  • Put mustard seeds, red chillies and groundnut.
  • When the mustard seed starts spurting, add boiled rice and turmeric powder.
  • Mix the above things well in the pan.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • When the rice cools down, add fresh lemon juice to it and lemon rice is ready.
