Ingredients

  • 400 g - minced mutton
  • 100 g - sambar onions
  • 1 bunch - methi leaves
  • 3 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1.5 tbsp - jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Methi Keema

  • Clean methi leaves after removing from stem.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Add cleaned minced meat and sambar onions and saute well.
  • Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and salt and mix well.
  • Now add methi leaves.
  • Add water and pressure cook for 15 minutes until mutton is done.
