  • 1 bunch - Fresh Methi
  • 1.5 cups - Fresh Aata/wheat flour
  • 2 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - Jeera (Cumin seeds)
  • 1 pinch - Hing (Asafoetida)
  • Curd or Buttermilk

How to Make Methi Ki Poori

  • Cut methi leaves finely and wash it thoroughly.
  • Mix rest of the ingredients (all masalas and aata).
  • Knead the dough with buttermilk or yogurt mixed with little water as usual for any roti.
  • Keep it aside for 10 mins.
  • Roll it into small balls.
  • Prepare rotis of circular dimension and put on a hot pan applying oil on both sides.
