Ingredients

  • 1 cup - fenugreek leaves
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - urad dal
  • 1 tsp - cumin whole
  • A few - curry leaves
  • 100 g - paneer, cubed and fried
  • 150 g - rajma (canned)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • Ground ginger - 1 tsp

How to Make Methi Paneer Rajma

  • Wash the fenugreek leaves, chop them finely.
  • Heat oil in a pan and put onion, cumin, urad dal and curry leaves, fry until onion is golden brown
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger paste and fry for a minute. Then add fenugreek leaves, paneer cubes and rajma.
  • Add salt and cook until fenugreek is done
  • Before serving sprinkle little bit of chat masala.
