  • 1 bunch of methi leaves
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 tomato finely cut into small pieces
  • 1 cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • A pinch of hing
  • 2 tbsp of peanut powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Methi Salad

  • Finely chop the methi leaves and add all the above ingredients (add more hing according to taste.)
  • Tastes very good with chapattis and good for health, too.
  • Add a tadka if needed.
