  • 1 cup - besan flour (kadalai maavu)
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 pinch - soda salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves

How to Make Methu Pagoda

  • Mix everything in a bowl, add little water and make a solid dough.
  • Heat oil to Deep Fried and drop the balls and fry till golden brown.
  • It is an excellent side dish and snack.
