Ingredients

  • 1 kg - lean mince
  • 1/2 kg -spicy sausages
  • 4- big tomatoes
  • 4 -big onions
  • 10- cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup - black beans (soaked overnight in water to soften)
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tsp - paprika
  • 2 tsp - oregano
  • 1 inch squares-a large variety of peppers (red, green, etc.) chopped

How to Make Mexican spicy sausages chilli

  • Saute the onions till nice and brown. Add the garlic and tomatoes.
  • Once the tomatoes are liquidified, add the sausages and fry well.
  • Add the mince and salt and cook.
  • Once the beef is almost cooked, add the peppers and spices and simmer for an hour over a low flame.
