  • 3 eggs - Sightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup- Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Vanilla
  • 1 dash - Nutmeg
  • 1.75 cups - Milk

How to Make Microwave baked custard

  • Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in a microwave bowl. Mix well.
  • Microwave milk for 3 mins.
  • Mix heated milk slowly into egg mixture.
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Place the egg mixture-filled bowl inside a larger vessel containing 1.5 cups of boiling water.
  • Cover the vessel.
  • Microwave on high for 6 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
