Ingredients

  • 300 g - ladies finger (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - dried mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chillies
  • 2 - 3 - fresh green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Microwave Bhindi

  • In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil and put in all the masalas (except the salt and mango powder).
  • Stir fry for one minute and add the bhindi.
  • Mix well and then microwave for 5 mins uncovered.
  • Let it stand for 2-3 minutes and then serve.
