Ingredients

  • 2 cup - grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 2 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder

How to Make Microwave Coconut Burfi

  • Coarsely grind the coconut with milk.
  • Add sugar, stir till almost dissolved. Add cardamom.
  • Transfer the mixture into a microwavable bowl
  • Without cover, heat on full power for 8-10 mins, stirring often
  • Take it out and beat till it becomes a thick lump (over beating will cause the mixture to crumble)
  • Pour on greased surface. Flatten with the back of a greased katori. Cool and cut into pieces
