  • 300 g - cream
  • 1 kg - red carrots
  • 125 g - sugar
  • 2 - green cardamoms
  • 1 - black cardamom
  • 50 g - raisins
  • 20 - almonds
  • 20 - cashew nuts
  • 20 - pistachio

How to Make Microwave Gajar Ka Halwa

  • Microwave in a bowl the grated carrots, sugar, green and black cardamoms for 7 mins at high temperature.
  • Let them stand for 3 mins and then take them out.
  • Now add cream and microwave it for another 8 mins at high, stirring once in between.
  • Now take out and add all the dry fruits and again microwave for 10 mins at 60% temperature.
  • Decorate it with silver vark before serving.
