  • 1 cup - Pistachios (blanched and grounded)
  • 1/2 cup - Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup - Milk powder
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • A few pistachio flakes.

How to Make Microwave Pistachio Pedas

  • Mix the ground pistachios, ricotta cheese, milk powder, sugar in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Now microwave the mixture in the oven on high for 10 minutes (stir twice in between).
  • Keep aside and let it cool.
  • Now make medium sized pedas and garnish them with some pistachio flakes.
  • Store in an airtight container.
